Calabro Whole Milk Ricotta
Chabaso Baguette, any variety, sliced
Fresh basil, finely chopped
Extra-virgin olive oil Salt, to taste
1. Scoop a heaping spoonful of Calabro Ricotta onto each slice of bread.
2. Sprinkle fresh basil on top of each, then drizzle olive oil on top of ricotta and basil mixture.
