2 Chabaso Ciabatta Stix™, any variety
2 large tomatoes sliced
1 lb fresh mozzarella sliced
½ C fresh basil leaves
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper
1. Turn grill on high and wait until heated. Slice the Stix™ length wise and brush with oil.
2. Layer the bread with slices of tomato and basil leaves. Top the pizza with the sliced mozzarella and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Turn off half the grill and slide the pizza onto the cooler side of the grill. Close the grill and cook until the cheese becomes crispy and starts to bubble.
Note: Not grilling season? Take this recipe indoors by preheating oven to 425°F and bake pizza for 12minutes, or as long as needed to melt cheese and it starts to brown.
