2 slices Chabaso Bakery Multi-Grain Sandwich Bread

2 T Greek yogurt

2 t dried cranberries

1 1/2 t minced fresh mint

1 orange, peeled then sliced into circles

4 pieces fennel

2 slices shaved turkey


1.  In a small bowl mix yogurt, cranberries and mint. 

2.  Spread half the mixture on each slice of bread. 

3.  On bottom slice place 2 orange slices, 2 fennel slices, turkey, and remaining fennel and orange slices. 

4.  Top with remaining dressed bread

Time to Prepare: 10 minutes
