Burger Sauces


Stilton Cheese Sauce

¼ cup stilton cheese

8 oz cream cheese (soft)

2 garlic cloves

1 tsp salt

¼ cup vidalia onion

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

½ tsp cracked black pepper



Atticus BBQ Sauce

1 cup ketchup

3 tbsp brown sugar

1/3 cup molasses

¼ cup balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 oz Dijon mustard


Walnut Chive Eggless Mayo

½ cup walnuts

1 bunch chopped chives

½ cup lemon juice

½ tbsp. granulated garlic

¼ cup chopped red onion

2 tsp kosher salt

1 ½ cup extra virgin olive oil



In a food processor, puree onions and garlic. Add the cream cheese and vinegar and blend until smooth.  Add the remaining ingredients and pulse until mixed in.  Refrigerate until needed.






Wisk all ingredients together in a bowl and store refrigerated until needed.








In the food processor, puree red onion and chives until semi smooth.  Add the walnut, salt, garlic, and lemon juice and continue to blend.   Then while the mix is blending slowly pour in the oil.  The mix will become thick and creamy.  Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
