Fig & Oats Crostini


1 Chabaso Fig&Oats Loaf (sliced)

3oz. Prosciutto Ham

4oz Mascarpone Cheese



Preheat oven to 425F.

On a cookie sheet layer the sliced bread with mascarpone and slices of prosciutto.

Pop it into the oven for 8 minutes or until the prosciutto gets crispy and the cheese starts to bubble.

Serve hot.
