Strawberry Bruschetta


  • 1 16 oz loaf Chabaso Classic Ciabatta, slic
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup strawberries, thinly sliced
  •    Zest of 1 lemon



Preheat the oven to 350°F. Cut the Ciabatta into equal slices, coat lightly with olive oil and broil on each side until toasted.

Combine mascarpone, honey, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Spread each Ciabatta slice with some of the mascarpone mixture and arrange a few strawberry slices on top. Sprinkle a few bits of lemon zest over each.
