2 slices Chabaso Bakery Rye Sandwich Bread
1 t brown Mmstard
1/4 raw sweet onion, caramelized
4 oz thinly sliced, cooked roast beef
1 t olive oil
2 oz thinly sliced cheddar cheese
1 oz prepared horseradish
mayonnaise, enough to coat outside of bread before cooking
1. Cook onions over medium heat until caramelized, about 18 minutes, in olive oil.
2. Brush the bread with mayo, horseradish, and mustard.
3. Add roast beef, cheese, and onions on to the bread in the center of the slice. Top with second slice.
4. Grill on Panini Press or cast iron pan on medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until warm on the inside and golden brown on the outside.
