Meatball Sub Sliders

Ingredients

· 16 frozen meatballs or homemade 

· 2 cups marinara sauce 

· 8-16 Artisan Petite rolls 

· 4 tablespoons  country spread 

· 1 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese 

· 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese 

· Parsley, for garnish 

Instructions

  1. Split rolls horizontally, about 80% of the way. Spread rolls with country spread. Sprinkle with garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Toast until golden.

  2. While the buns are toasting, heat marinara sauce in a medium sauce pan until heated through. Prepare meatballs according to package instructions. Add meatballs to heated marinara sauce.

  3. Place a meatball (depending on the size of the meatballs, maybe more than one) on the roll. Top with a spoonful of sauce.

  4. Top sliders with a generous amount of shredded cheese and parmesan. Broil until cheese is melty and bubbly.

  5. Remove from oven, top with finely chopped parsley. Enjoy!
