Turkey Apple and Brie Sandwich
Ingredients
Chabaso Ciabatta Sandwich Roll, sliced lengthwise
1/2 small Apple, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. Roasted Turkey, sliced
1 oz Prosciutto
2-3 oz. Brie
1 Tbs Garlic Aioli
1 Tbs Cranberry Jam
1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp White Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Baby Arugula
1/4 cup pickled red onions
1/4 tsp Sea salt
1/4 tsp Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cranberry jam, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir to combine and taste test. Adjust as needed. Next, add the baby arugula, and toss to combine.
2. Meanwhile, toast ciabatta slices 6-8 minutes, or to preference, then layer one half with slices of brie. Toast again until melted, about 5 minutes. Spread aioli on the other half in the meantime.
3. When ready, layer prosciutto and roasted turkey over the melted brie, then add apple slices, arugula mixture, and pickled red onions. Sandwich the aioli half on top, then cut the sandwich width-wise in half. Enjoy!
