Tomato Basil Bruschetta Crostini
This simple, fresh appetizer features toasted ciabatta topped with a mixture of diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta, sliced into 1” thick pieces
- 1 lb. Fresh tomatoes, diced
- Fresh basil, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbs Extra virign olive oil
- 2 Tbs Balsamic reduction
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, add diced tomatoes, sliced basil, minced garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir to combine,
- Afterwards, toast the sliced ciabatta to preference, then spoon the mixture over the toasted ciabatta slices. Finish by drizzling balsamic reduction. Share, and enjoy!
