Tomato Basil Bruschetta with Ciabatta

Ingredients

  • 1 Ciabatta, sliced into 1” thick pieces

  • 1 lb. Fresh tomatoes, diced

  • Fresh basil, thinly sliced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 Tbs Extra virign olive oil

  • 2 Tbs Balsamic reduction

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • Freshly cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add diced tomatoes, sliced basil, minced garlic, and extra virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then stir to combine,

  2. Afterwards, toast the sliced ciabatta to preference, then spoon the mixture over the toasted ciabatta slices. Finish by drizzling balsamic reduction. Share, and enjoy!
