Ciabatta Apizza


1 Loaf of Chabaso Ciabatta, sliced in half lengthwise

2tbsp Olive Oil

2cups Marinara Sauce

1/2tsp Dried Oregano

1cup grated Mozzarella Cheese

1/2cup grated Provolone Cheese

1/2cup finely grated Parmesan Cheese

Various toppings of your choosing

Fresh Basil leaves, torn



  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Drizzle olive oil on the sliced ciabatta.
  2. Spread marinara over the top of of the bread and top with oregano and fresh basil.
  3. Mix cheeses together and evenly sprinkle over the sauced bread. Top with your favorite toppings, such as pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, onions, hot peppers.
  4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown and bubbling.
  5. Top with a sprinkle of Parmesan, cut into slices and enjoy.
